It took years of education and experience to find our passion, helping companies deliver better results through stronger employer/employee relationships. In business school, we’re taught to drive value primarily through financial statement analysis and effective strategy. While businesses need to do these things, we feel that employee engagement comes first as a disengaged workforce is often times too much for effective management of financials, and a sound strategy to overcome. Conversely, in our experience, a work culture that fosters engagement and active participation reduces costly voluntary turnover and disastrous client churn.
Our firm is here to assist your company with driving stronger employee engagement. Other areas of support that we offer include driving a better service experience, development of managers and leaders, business strategy assessment or development, and business plan assistance for new start-ups.
We invite you to explore our website for specific information in these areas of focus. Thank you in advance for your consideration in allowing us to help your business drive better results.
Jon R. Fitzjohn
Hello, my name is Jon and I’d like to thank you for your interest in my firm. While we’re happy to help you with starting a business and building a sound strategy for growth, our primary focus is on improving employee engagement in your business and teaching your front line customer-facing team members how to retain your clients and maximize the lifetime value of your customers. Gaining a customer is expensive, but losing one costs exponentially more…
As the founder of my firm, I’ve been working with businesses of all sizes and within many industries for over 25 years with increased roles of responsibility. In each of my leadership positions, I facilitated four turnaround opportunities in distressed businesses and discovered that improving the culture within the companies drove significant productivity improvement, reduced costly employee turnover, and resulted in higher client retention rates.
While I consider my experience and track record to be my greatest assets, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Northwood University (Midland, MI) and completed my Master’s of Business Administration at The University of Notre Dame (South Bend, IN).
I focus on these services because I enjoy being a part of, and, bearing witness to, significant business turnarounds and the positive impact on its employees, leaders, investors and customers.
Please take the time to peruse our site and contact us at any time. We look forward to discussing your opportunity.
